Anhui BBCA Biotech FY801

FY801 is a bio‑based biodegradable PLA resin. It is eco‑friendly, non‑toxic, antibacterial, flame‑retardant and features good biocompatibility. It can be completely degraded under industrial composting conditions.

Main Applications

High‑temperature Food Packaging: Microwave‑safe food containers (steam‑resistant up to 100 °C), coffee capsules. Electrical & Electronic: Charger housings, socket panels (V‑2 flame retardant rating). Medical Devices: Surgical instrument handles, sterilization trays (EO‑sterilization resistant). Automotive Parts: Interior clips, wire‑harness fasteners (short‑term heat resistance up to 110 °C).
